Why We Created This Fund
Rowen’s Legacy was created in honor of Rowen Rednour our brave and fearless little boy whose strength continues to inspire everything we do. After his passing, we made the decision to donate his brain and spine to research. That decision shaped a deeper commitment within us not only to support families, but to help advance the research that will change outcomes for children everywhere.
Our Mission
The Rowen Rednour Pediatric Brain Tumor Research Fund was created to directly support high-impact pediatric brain tumor research at Boston Children’s Hospital through their Brain Tumor Research Center.
Through this fund, we aim to support:
